Frequently asked questions
Which booking systems does ParksControl work with?
CampManager (through its iCal feeds, CSV export or an assisted export), Beds24, Lodgify, any iCal calendar feed (for example Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo), a scheduled email report, or a CSV/Excel upload. If you use something else, tell us on the demo form.
Does it replace my booking system?
No. Keep taking bookings and payments the way you do now – ParksControl reads your bookings and turns them into the operational work: cleans, extras, hot tub tests, staffing and costs.
Do my staff need to download anything?
No app store needed. ParksControl runs in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen on iPhone and Android, where it works like an app. Shared devices can use a quick PIN login.
Can I run more than one park?
Yes. Owners can switch between parks, see reports across all of them, and give each member of staff access to just the parks they work on.
Who can see what?
There are five permission levels – Owner, Manager, Supervisor, Staff and Read-only – and the owner can fine-tune what each level can see and change. For example, you decide who can see pay rates and wages, and who can approve spending.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes – give them a Read-only login. Receipts and expenses export for Xero or QuickBooks, with a ZIP of receipt images and a PDF summary.
How is our data kept safe?
Everything is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, booking-system credentials are encrypted at rest, the database is backed up every night, and every page and action checks permissions on the server. Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.
